It supports up to 10 cameras


2D Gimbal with 225º vertical movement, up to 10 simultaneous cameras: Thermal, daytime, IR, and multispectral cameras that allow designing the vision system according to the needs of each client and operation, combining them with the customization of the Aiprox ACV analysis.

Aiprox assembles IP67-certified military-grade engines in its products, for maximum reliability and improved performance, with uncompromising power, which allows for long-lasting flights in strong winds.

Changing conditions

Advanced anti-obstacle systems

Safe charging system


Four electrical contacts ensure fast charging of the batteries on the landing and charging platform, managed through our SyncroBatt system that equalizes the current for safe operation and lengthens the life of the batteries.


 


 

Powerful processing capacity


Two computers with up to 16 processors allow for the performance of complex data analysis tasks coming from the aircraft's sensors, from the private network or from the internet, such as orography analysis by means of images or decisions on radiometry data.

Redundant GNSS RTK Antennas


The positioning system embodies the highest technology in precision and elimination of interference or blocking attempts by third parties. Jamming or Spoofing attacks are automatically repelled by system analysis technology.

Plenty of space for payloads


The lower and upper decks are designed to be customized and support extra sensors, antennas and other payload that the customer needs for its operation, including the customization of the necessary software.

Ventilation and heating

Landing and charging platforms designed for each model and location


 


The closing and opening operations start from the aircraft itself, which is what commands all platform operations. The Gyroos software can also be operated manually for maintenance and assembly operations.

The platforms have IR data guidance systems to assist in landing operations, as well as up to 30 centering sensors and verification of track condition, for automatic configuration of the operation.


The weather stations are professional models, also tested in extreme temperature environments, inclement weather and strong winds. They are installed in the landing area and constantly report the conditions to the aircraft through Gyroos to maintain the levels of flight and landing safety in inclement weather, always controlled.

 

 

Built as modules, they are easy to transport and assemble. They have simple and robust components without mechanical maintenance and with fully automatic operation. They integrate perfectly with Gyroos software as another element of the Aiprox network. There are sizes for each aircraft, from 220 cm to 360 cm folded and 320 up to 620 cm deployed.

 

 

High quality aluminum is used in the construction of the platform, and laser cut for maximum component accuracy. The mechanics, bearings and energy chains are maintenance-free and lubricant-free, without corrosion, contractions or expansions due to temperature, while resistant to chemicals, humidity, pollution and dirt due to their exclusive design and proven efficiency in the most extreme jobs, as in agriculture and mining.


The wiring is also a key piece, as it is carefully designed to withstand torsions in movement and conductivities in extreme temperatures of -50 to 300ºC. In addition, the connections and electronics are delivered in special gel boxes, IP69 and IP68 respectively, which protect them from moisture and temperature, to create a combination of high electrical and electronic safety and guaranteed operation for years.

These solutions reduce maintenance and manufacturing costs, preventing repairs, especially in high pollution, humidity or corrosive environments. Being the best solution for any workspace.

GPS Track


It is a very useful accessory, with direct communication to the drone system, through our own software, Gyroos. They have a wide 8 km range due to the creation of a low power transmission network.

Its basic functionalities are to precisely locate workers, vehicles or other elements in coordinates for proper safety management and to prevent false alarms, in addition to complying with safety legislation. Since the drone knows the position of people, and avoids them in its rounds.

Advanced Funcions


The advanced functions also offer health information of people wearing the wristband, so in case of problems, an alarm can be triggered that arrives at the system to be managed. Ideal for security personnel or hazardous work such as mining or tunnels, and even as an occupational hazards measure in extreme conditions.

The rest of the advanced functions are the interaction with the UAV devices and their surroundings, being able to make help calls, land a drone at the location of the wristband, or interact with them by gesturing.

In addition to the wristband models, custom brackets are available for each customer to place the device on vehicles, tools, animals, etc. Plus, the software is, of course, customizable to the client's operations.
